Kansas State Wildcats Defense:

In the games prior to their game against Iowa State, their offense had a more vital part in their victory, rather than their defense. This week against Iowa State, the Kansas State offense put up 10 points, so in order to win, their defense needed to carry them to victory, which is what they did. Throughout the season, Iowa State’s rushing attack was very efficient, which was not the case this week. The entire Iowa State rushing attack had 78 yards on 24 carries, including their number one running back, Jirehl Brock having only 33 yards on 13 carries. Kansas State also made sure that Iowa State does not get to many passes far down, with Iowa State’s quarterback having 198 yards on 38 pass attempts
